You may wish to return an item because it is not of the quality expected or has been sent in error.
Or you may wish to return an item because it does not meet your requirements.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible under our returns policy we ask that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
When you return the items(s) please confirm if you are wanting a replacement or a refund.
We will respond to your request as quickly as possible once we have received the item(s) and verified its (their) condition.
Refunds or replacements
If you request a refund and this is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, within 3 working days of notification of approval.
If you request a replacement and this is approved, we will dispatch the replacement item(s) within 3 working days of notification of approval.
If you request a refund or replacement which is not approved, we will let you know within 3 working days and will provide the reasons for our decision.
If the return (and replacement if requested) is due to a faulty product or an incorrect order dispatch, weaversbazaar will be responsible for paying all postage costs.
If the return (and replacement if requested) is due to a change of mind on your part, we kindly ask that you pay all postage costs.
