Postage rates
Postage rates are based on delivery location and value of your order before any discounts or vouchers are applied. Parcels are sent 48 hr tracked (UK, Highlands & Islands) or via the most cost effective route overseas, usually via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
From July 1 2021 the tax and customs regulations for packages being sent to the EU changed and all packages regardless of value sent from the UK to the EU will be subject to local VAT and customs payments. Local customs will contact the parcel recipient to collect these charges. For an insight into VAT rates for EU member states use this link.
You can now Click & Collect! If you are local or visiting the area, place and order and it will be available to pick up the next working day between 10am and 12pm! Orders received after 12pm on a Friday or the weekend will be available on the following Tuesday. You will receive an email to let you know when it is ready.
